Hunting in Italy has always been a serious problem for those who live, work or travels to the countryside and the woods, often becoming a danger to public safety.
In one hunting season 2002/2003 there were hunting accidents that have caused 44 morti, 66 feriti e 5 invalidi permanenti.
Nella stagione venatoria 2003/2004, nel solo periodo settembre/dicembre, ci sono invece stati 42 cacciatori morti, 55 cacciatori feriti, 14 non cacciatori feriti.
Centinaia sono gli articoli dei giornali locali su episodi di spari vicino alle case, danneggiamenti di beni, animali domestici uccisi a fucilate, avvelenamenti da bocconi, danni alle culture agricole, cani da caccia nei giardini e pollai, minacce ed offese.
Molti cacciatori purtroppo, anche grazie all’attuale politica filo venatoria di molte regioni e di molte province, si sentono padroni assoluti elle proprietà altrui.
Per questi motivi nasce questa “guida” informativa con l’intento di help all citizens affected by this long standing problem, to defend their rights and enforce the basic rules of hunting.

1.Distanze houses

Who monitors compliance with the laws on hunting?

Come vietare la caccia nei propri terreni?
Purtroppo le leggi vigenti impediscono di fatto di vietare ai cacciatori di entrare nei terreni agricoli dei privati a meno che non siano recintati con rete non inferiore a 1,20 metri. Solo in particolari casi e solo ogni 5 anni può essere richiesto per legge il divieto di caccia.
